How to Apply

Read the Prospectus. Applications must be made in accordance with the instructions set out in the Prospectus. Applications that do not comply may be rejected.
Pay for your Offer Shares in full. The subscription currency is the Nigerian Naira. Payment may be made by physical payment instrument or by electronic transfer in favour of any of the Receiving Agents listed in the Prospectus. Keep your evidence of payment — you will upload it with your application.
Complete the application form below. You will need your CSCS number, CHN (Clearing House Number), Tax Identification Number, BVN and Naira bank account details for e-payments.
Upload your signature, means of identification and proof of payment. Corporate and joint applications require a second signature.
Print and sign your completed application. After submitting you will be given a printable copy carrying your reference number.

Important Notes

Allotment will only be made electronically to the CSCS accounts of allottees.
The Issuer and the Issuing Houses are entitled in their absolute discretion to accept or reject any application.
In the event of oversubscription, Offer Shares may be allotted on a scaled-back basis in accordance with the Basis of Allotment approved by the SEC.
All applications are final. There is no right of withdrawal.
